Hi, I’m Donna Lamb, DN, and GGS-1 Certified Menopause and Women’s Health Specialist. For years, I was caught in the same cycle I now help women break free from. I turned to food for comfort, battled shame after every binge, and believed that weight gain in menopause was just something I had to accept. I spent nights googling the “perfect diet,” hoping for the last plan I’d ever need—only to wake up feeling more defeated than before.

As a healthcare worker during one of the most stressful times in history, I reached my breaking point—physically, emotionally, and hormonally. But that’s when everything changed. I learned to nourish my body, shift my mindset, and rebuild my health through balanced nutrition, behavior change, and self-compassion.
